Victoria Secret Scandalous

You might remember me mentioning I found a VS shop at the same mall as I have my nearest Sephora? No? Well, I did. Suffice it to say we spent a good amount of time in there, and I almost bought a body mist for myself, but the Bombshell Blossom one. I’m still thinking of picking that one up next time I go there. Instead, I was given this one.

I’ve been using this every single day at work since I got it in May, and I’m not even half way through it! It’s lasting me very well. The sales girl said it wouldn’t last on the skin for maybe more than two hours. I’d say it lasts longer than that, maybe four? I don’t bring this with me to work to top it of at the end of the day and I’m to tired when I do get home to sniff myself to see if it’s still there.

I like the fact that all the VS perfumes came with a complimentary body mist. It’s a great way of trying the scent without having to splurge on the actual perfume! Genious!

It’s a more grown up scent. Sexier and more sophisticated. I’ve noticed than I am leaving to  younger fruitier scents and getting over to the more sophisticated scents. Am I getting old or just getting finer scent buds? I don’t know. If I was going on a first date, I would wear this. It’s that kind of interesting and seductive scent. Not too up in your face, but subtle. If you don’t shower yourself in it, you wont irritate someones eyes that’s for sure. It reminds me of a fragrance my aunt used to wear when I was younger. And she exclusively wore designer perfumes.

According to the Victoria Secret website it only has three notes to it. Black peony, raspberry liqueur and praline. Odd notes, but they smell like heaven! And I like that the bottle, even though it’s made out of plastic, still has some elements of design to it.

75ml 169 SEK ( £12.62 $19.8 and 17.9 Euro )
